Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla has been labelled as Philippine showbiz's "Teen King." He is the son of Rommel Padilla and Karla Estrada.
Before the Chistmas season in 2014, Daniel gave his mom an advance Yuletide gift -- a 1,000-square meter Modern-Mediterranean home with eight bedrooms in an exclusive subdivisio in Fairview, Quezon City. It has eight bedrooms. Daniel and Carla shared the new place with Daniel's siblings JC, Magui and Lelay.
Thanks to his box-office movies, successful albums, and sold-out concerts, Daniel at age of 19 has already shown his gratitude as a son and brother.
"Masaya, kasi iba na rin ang tinutulugan mo," said Daniel, who slept in rented homes throughout most of his childhood.
"Iba rin ’yong feeling na ang sarap.
"'Yong kasiyahan ko, pati na rin ng pamilya ko, iba talaga. Priceless!”
According to architect Marie-Louie Torres-de Leon, it has a modern mediterranean style that make the entire family feel cozy and comfortable. The colors are not "traditionally Mediterranean."
According to the architect: "Di ba, usually bright colors ang gamit, like yellow or orange?
"Ayaw ni Carla [Daniel's mom]. Gusto niya 'yong kulay na makakalma kapag tiningnan mo."
