Everyday, a man saw this young woman who sits with a two year old baby near the metro station. He noticed that the baby was asleep all the time and it made him feel curious so he ask this woman why her baby slept that much.
According to the man, this young woman pretended not to hear his questions and lowered her eyes and hid her face in the collar of her shabby jacket.
But the man repeated his question because he was really concerned about what was going on with the child. This time the woman told him F *** off, but he repeat again Why is he asleep?!
In that moment an old man put his hand on his shoulder and told him: “What do you want from her? Can’t you see how hard she’s got it in her life… Eh …” He gets some coins from his pocket and throws them in the beggar’s bag.
The man felt disappointed with the answer of the old man, so the next day, the man called his friend who is a gypsy and asked him if he knew about the baby.
The gypsy told him with calm voice almost like he was talking about weather report: “they are on dr*gs, or vodka” He found out a terrible truth. In order to keep the baby asleep the whole day, their parents pumped them up with vodka or dr*gs.
Children’s bodies are not able to cope with such a shock. And children often die. The horrible answer to the question will break any mother's heart.
